摘　　要：目的:探究中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性支气管炎肺气肿患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用中医辨证治疗,对照组采用传统西医治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿的临床疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic bronchitis emphysema.Methods：60 patients with chronic bronchitis emphysema were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were obviously superior to those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic bronchitis emphysema was significant.
