摘 要:目的:观察、分析妇科白带涂片染色检验阳性结果,探究妇科白带涂片染色检验的临床应用价值。方法:收治需进行白带样本检测的患者128例。对所有患者白带标本均进行妇科白带涂片染色检验以及传统盐水法检验,比较两种检测方法细菌检出情况。结果:妇科白带涂片细菌检出率明显优于传统盐水法检验(98.4%VS 72.9%),白带涂片染色检验对白带异常妇科病个体细菌检出率明显优于传统盐水法检验,数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于需要进行白带涂片检验的患者给予快速染色检验的检出率明显优于传统盐水法检测,检出率高、漏诊率低。Objective:To observe and analyze the positive results of gynecologic leucorrhea smear staining test,and to explore the clinical application value of gynecologic leucorrhea smear staining test.Methods:128 patients with leucorrhea samples to be tested were selected.All patients with leucorrhea were examined by gynecologic leucorrhea smear staining and traditional brine test.We compared two detection methods of bacteria detection.Results:The bacterial detection rate of gynecologic leucorrhea smear was obviously better than that of traditional saline method(98.4%VS 72.9%).The bacterial detection rate of leucorrhea smear staining for abnormal gynecologic diseases of leucorrhea is superior to that of traditional saline test.There was a statistically significant difference between the data(P〈0.05).Conclusion:For patients who need leucorrhea smear test,the detection rate of fast staining was obviously better than that of traditional brine method.The detection rate is high and the rate of missed diagnosis is low.
