肺间质纤维化患者应用肝素治疗的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨肝素治疗肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的56例肺间质纤维化患者,将其中采用常规疗法+生理盐水治疗的28例作为对照组,采用常规疗法+普通肝素治疗的28例作为观察组,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗显效率(71.43%)明显高于对照组(21.43%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者呼吸道感染发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的46.43%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组呼吸困难程度评分、PaO_2值均改善,观察组呼吸困难程度评分、PaO_2值明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论肺间质纤维化予以普通肝素吸入治疗,可有效抑制炎症反应,降低肺纤维化进展与抗凝,具有推广价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of heparin in the tr eatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods Fifty-six patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December2016 were retrospectively selected, and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods. Twenty-eight cases treated with routine therapy and saline were set as the control group, and 28 cases given routine therapy and general heparin were set as the observation group. The treatment effects of the two groups were observed. Results The marked effective rate was 71.43% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 21.43% in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of respiratory infections in the observation group（7.14%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（46.43%）（P 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of dyspnea, PaO_2 values in the two groups significantly improved（P〈0.05）, and scores of dyspnea, PaO_2 in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group（P 0.05）. There was no serious adverse reactions in the two groups in the treatment period. Conclusion Heparin inhalation in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis can effectively inhibit the occurrence of inflammatory reaction,reduce the progress of pulmonary fibrosis and anticoagulation, with promotion value.
