经络抚触法对新生儿NBNA评分及生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的分析经络抚触法对新生儿行为估价(NBNA)评分及生长发育的影响。方法纳入2015年5月至2017年2月我院收治的90例新生儿为研究对象,将90例新生儿通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理及喂养方法,观察组在此基础上实施经络抚触法。对两组新生儿的生长发育及NBNA评分进行对比。结果观察组通过经络抚触后NBNA评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿每日睡眠时间、每日吃奶量、身长、头围及体质量均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿采用经络抚触有助于神经系统的发育,对其头围、身长等方面的增长具有促进作用。Objective To analyze the effect of meridian massage on neonatal NBNA score, growth and development.Methods Ninety newborns in our hospital from May 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the study objects. These newborns were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and feeding ways, and the observation group was treated with meridian massage on the basis of the control group. The growth and development, NBNA scores were compared between the two groups. Results After meridian massage, the NBNA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The daily sleep time, daily milk intake, body length, head circumference and body mass of newborns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of meridian massage in newborns is helpful to the development of the nervous system, and has the promotion function on the improvement of the head circumference and body growth.
