摘  要:目的探讨原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进性骨病患者的生化指标水平,以及CT和MRI的影像学改变。方法选取2014年8月至2017年8月于本院就诊的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进性骨病患者50例和健康体检者50例,分别作为试验组和对照组。测定两组受检者的血钙、血磷、血甲状旁腺激素(PTH),比较其结果。试验组50例患者分别采用CT和MRI进行检查,分析比较各分期患者的影像学改变。结果试验组的血钙和血PTH水平高于对照组,血磷水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨病0期和1期患者的CT和MRI检查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MRI的检出率高于CT;骨病2期和3期患者的CT和MRI检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论原发性甲状旁腺机能亢进性骨病患者生化指标有显著改变,MRI不仅可以准确显示该病的骨病变,而且可以在疾病早期进行诊断并分期,弥补病理检查难以分期的不足。Objective To investigate the biochemical indexes changes and imaging changes of CT and MRI in primary hyperparathyroidism osteopathy patients. Methods From August 2014 to August 2017, 50 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism osteopathy patients in our hospital and 50 healthy subjects were selected as experimental group and control group respectively. The levels of serum calcium, phosphorus, parathyroid hormone(PTH) in the two groups were detected and compared. The 50 patients in the experimental group were examined by CT and MRI, and the imaging changes were analyzed and compared. Results In biochemical indexes, the levels of serum calcium and blood PTH of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the level of serum phosphorus was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). There were significant differences between the CT and MRI findings in stage 0 and stage 1 patients with bone disease(P〈0.05), and the detection rate of CT was higher than that of MRI. The CT and MRI results of the stage 2 and stage 3 patients with bone diseases showed no significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion Significant changes showed in biochemical indicator of patients with primary hyperparathyroidism osteopathy. MRI can not only accurately display the bone lesions of primary hyperparathyroidism, but also diagnose the disease in an early stage, so as to make up for the lack of pathological examination.
