摘　　要：目的制定适合我国老年糖尿病患者多维健康测定量表ECMH-DM的特异模块,为形成完整量表打下基础。方法采用专家核心小组讨论与访谈相结合的方式对已经存在的针对糖尿病患者健康测定的条目进行评价和修改,形成初步量表,到医院对67例老年糖尿病患者进行调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、克朗巴赫系数法并结合专家集中讨论对条目进行筛选。结果专家讨论形成14个条目的初步量表,按上述4种统计方法并结合再次的专家讨论选定11个条目为老年糖尿病患者多维健康测定量表的特异模块条目。结论经过筛选形成由11个条目的老年糖尿病患者多维健康测评量表特异模块。Objective To develop a specific module of multidimensional health measurement scale for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus（ECMH-DM） in China, and to lay the foundation for the formation of a complete scale. Methods Based on the combination of expert focus group discussion and interview, the primary questionnaire was formed based on the evaluation and modification of health measurement scale for patients with diabetes mellitus. A total of 67 patients in the hospitals were investigated by the primary questionnaire. The items were selected based on expert focus group discussions again, and the four statistical analysis including variability method, correlation coefficient method, factor analysis and Cronbach coefficient method. Results After expert discussion, a preliminary scale of 14 items was formed. And the final specific module of ECMH-DM including 11 items which selected by above four statistical methods and expert focus group discussions again. Conclusion A total of 11 items have been selected as ECMH-DM.
