摘　　要：目的分析冠心病快速房颤合并急性心衰药物治疗的临床效果。方法将我院2014年4月至2016年4月收治的冠心病快速房颤合并急性心衰患者86例使用随机综合序贯法分为参照组和研究组,各43例。参照组予以单纯的西地兰治疗,研究组在参照组基础上添加异搏定。比较两组患者的症状改善情况和治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的血压、HR、LVEF与治疗前相比均改善,且研究组优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病快速房颤合并急性心衰的治疗中应用西地兰联合异搏定可快速地改善患者的症状,降低患者的心室率,改善心肌供血,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of medicine on coronary heart disease rapid atrial fibrillation complicated with acute heart failure. Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease rapid atrial fibrillation complicated with acute heart failure treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were divided into reference group and study group according to random synthesis sequential method, with 43 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with cetirizine alone, the study group added verapamil on the basis of the reference group. The improvement of symptoms and treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the blood pressure, HR and LVEF in both groups improved compared with those before treatment, and those of the study group were better than the reference group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cedilanid combined with verapamil in the treatment of coronary heart disease rapid atrial fibrillation complicated with acute heart failure can quickly improve patients＇ symptoms, reduce the patients＇ ventricular rate, improve the myocardial blood supply and treatment effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
