摘　　要：目的探讨经腹腔镜联合手术治疗多脏器病变的临床价值。方法对我院收治的27例患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除联合肝囊肿开窗引流和(或)阑尾切除术,观察手术效果。结果 27例联合手术均获成功,手术时间为30~60 min,平均(43.5±12.3)min,住院时间为4~7 d,平均(5.6±1.1)d。无胆漏、肠漏、肠梗阻、术后出血、阑尾残端漏或残株炎、切口感染等并发症,随诊1~3个月无异常。结论腹腔镜联合手术安全、有效、经济,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic combined surgery in the treatment of multiple organ diseases. Methods A total of 27 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with liver cyst drainage and/or appendectomy in our hospital, and the clinical effect was observed. Results All the 27 cases of combined surgerys were successful, and the operation time was 30-60 min, with an average of （43.5±12.3） min. The hospitalization time was 4-7 d, with an average of （5.6±1.1） d. There was no bile leakage, intestinal leakage, intestinal obstruction, postoperative bleeding, appendix stump leakage or stump infection, incision infection and other complications, without abnormality after followed up for 1 to 3 months. Conclusion The laparoscopic combined surgery is safe, effective and economical, which deserves further promotion.
