三柱内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究应用三柱内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法以54例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各27例。对照组采用普通钢板固定治疗,观察组采用三柱内固定治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前、后的HSS评分及治疗后关节功能恢复情况。结果治疗后,两组患者HSS评分显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的关节内翻角、关节活动度、关节外倾角显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后关节功能恢复优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用三柱内固定治疗复杂型胫骨平台骨折的临床治疗效果显著,可改善患者关节活动能力,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of three-column internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods A total of 54 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ordinary plate fixation, and the observation group was treated with three-column fixation. The HSS scores and the recovery of joint function of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the HSS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the HSS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the joint varus, joint mobility and joint camber in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The excellent and good rate of recovery of joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The three-column internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures has significant effect, it can improve the patients＇ joint activity ability,which has high clinical value.
