围术期护理在急性膝关节损伤关节镜手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨围术期护理在急性膝关节损伤关节镜手术中的应用效果。方法选取我院骨外科收治的180例急性膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受关节镜手术,将患者随机分为常规组和护理组,各90例。对照组采取围术期常规护理,护理组在此基础上采取围术期综合护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果术后,两组患者的Lysholm评分及Judet膝关节屈曲度明显优于术前,且护理组明显优于常规组(P<0.05);护理组的并发症总发生率为7.78%,明显低于常规组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理应用于急性膝关节损伤关节镜手术中,能有效减少围术期并发症,提高患者的膝关节功能,对巩固手术疗效有重要作用。Objective To explore the application effects of perioperative nursing in acute knee joint injury patients treated by arthroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 180 acute knee joint injury patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and all the patients were randomly divided into routine group and nursing group, with 90 cases in each group. The control group accepted perioperative routine nursing, and the nursing group received perioperative com-prehensive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After operation, the Lysholm scores and Judet knee flexion of the two groups were better than those before operation, and those of the nursing group were better than the routine group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications of the nursing group was 7.78%, which was lower than 20.00% of the routine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing in acute knee joint injury patients treated by arthroscopic surgery can effectively reduce perioperative complications, improve the knee function of the patients, and it play an important role in consolidating the curative effect.
