摘 要:通过对441例过敏性疾病患者蒿、豚、藜、苍耳四种花粉变应原血清特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)水平进行相关性分析,初步探讨四种变应原之间是否存在交叉反应。结果显示sIgE 2级及以下者,所有变应原两两之间均呈正相关;3级及以上者,豚藜、豚苍耳和藜苍耳均呈显著相关,蒿豚低度相关,蒿藜和蒿苍耳均不相关。提示蒿藜及蒿苍耳的相关性可能是假阳性造成的,不存在交叉反应。蒿豚不同级别相关系数均较低,其交叉反应可能是发生在小分子蛋白间的。豚藜、豚苍耳和藜苍耳不同级别相关系数均较高,可能存在着主要或多种致敏蛋白分子间的交叉反应。There was a preliminary discussion on whether there was a cross-reaction among four pollen allergens(Artemisia,Ragweed,Chenopodiaceae and Xanthium)by analyzing the correlation of their serum specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE)levels in441 patients with allergic diseases separately.Results showed a positive correlation between any two of four pollen allergens with the level of sIgE≤2. While the level of sIgE≥3,there was a significant positive correlation between Ragweed and Chenopodiaceae,Ragweed and Xanthium,Chenopodiaceae and Xanthium,respectively,and a weaker correlation between Artemisia and Ragweed.No significant correlation was found between Artemisia and Chenopodiaceae or Artemisia and Xanthium in patients with sIgE≥3.This indicated that the correlation between Artemisia and Chenopodiaceae or Artemisia and Xanthium could be false positive reaction but not cross-reactivity.The correlation coefficient between Artemisia and Ragweed in each level of sIgE was low,suggesting micro-molecular proteins could be involved in the cross-reactivity.Meanwhile,the correlation?coefficient between Ragweed and Chenopodiaceae,Ragweed and Xanthium or Chenopodiaceae and Xanthium was higher,suggesting macromolecular proteins could be involved in the cross-reactivity among those pollens.
