通过CT测量纵隔第4组淋巴结正常值的临床研究与现实意义

摘　　要：通过测量纵隔第4组淋巴结的大小,确定正常人4R及4L组淋巴结的正常值,减少CT检查的滥用。对连续5次体检各项指标均为正常值的308例胸部CT检查图像进行观测,测量纵隔4R及4L组淋巴结的数目及大小。4R组淋巴结数目(2.7±0.7)个,短径(9.8±3.0)mm,长径(14.0±3.1)mm;4L组淋巴结数目(1.7±0.6)个,短径(4.0±1.1)mm,长径(8.2±0.5)mm,4R及4L组淋巴结数目和大小差异显著(P<0.05),建议将纵隔4R组淋巴结的短径上限正常值提升为12.8mm,且4R组淋巴结大小要大于4L组,希望可以最大限度地减少CT对同一个体的重复检查。By measuring the size of the fourth group of mediastinal lymph nodes to determine the normal value of 4 Rand 4 L group of lymph nodes in the normal persons,reduce the abuse of CT examination.To observe the 308 people's chest CT examination images that all indicators are normal for 5 times and measure the number and size of lymph nodes in mediastinal 4 Rand 4 Lgroups.The number of 4 Rgroup lymph nodes was 2.7±0.7,with the minor axis was(9.8±3.0)mm and the major axis was(14.0±3.1)mm.The number of lymph nodes in 4 Lgroup was 1.7± 0.6,with the short diameter was(4.0 ± 1.1)mm and the length of diameter was(8.2±0.5)mm,4 Rand 4 LThe number and size of lymph nodes were significantly different(P<0.05).We suggested that the upper limit of short diameter of mediastinal 4 Rgroup is 12.8 mm and the size of 4 Rgroup is larger than 4 Lgroup.In order to minimize the CT repeat check on the same individual.
