摘　　要：为了解安宁疗护对癌末患者家庭压力的实际缓解效果及其影响因素,本文对全国4 732例患者个案展开研究。结果显示,采取居家服务为主的安宁疗护是必要且有益的。应持续改进和推广全人照护服务,为癌末患者提供疼痛控制药物、定期电话询诊、护理指导以及心理舒缓行动。安宁疗护机构还应重视对患者家属/照顾者的服务支持,为有需要的患者家庭提供稳定和持续的义工服务,并引导患者家庭积极寻求社会资源。为最大限度地消解患者家庭的经济和心理压力,完善医保政策和推进社区医养结合等外部制度支持也是不可或缺的。To understand the real remission effects and its influencing factors of hospice care on terminal cancer patient's family stress,the article investigates 4 732 cases of patients nationwide in China.The result shows that home-based hospice care is necessary and salutary.It is necessary to continually improve and generalize holistic care services for terminal cancer patients,with pain-control medication,regular telephone enquiry,nursing guidance and psychological relief.Hospice organizations should also put emphasis on service support of patient's relatives/caregivers,providing needed households of patients with stable and sustainable volunteer services and actively guidance to seek for social support.To maximally release economic and psychological pressures of households of patients,it is indispensable for external institutional support of improving healthcare policy and advancing integrated treatment and convalesces.
