摘  要:延长油田东部区块在水平井实钻过程中易出现摩阻高、携岩困难、井壁失稳、储层保护和钻井周期长等问题。为了解决这些技术难题,通过大量的室内试验,对现有的聚合物钻井液配方进行优化及优选,最终形成低伤害、低磨阻聚合物钻井液体系。优化后的钻井液体系黏度和切力有了明显的提高,具有较强的携岩能力;且滤失量控制在5mL以内,以减少滤液渗入地层,摩阻系数控制在0.1以内,能有效降低摩阻和扭矩;同时降低了钻井液的表面张力和界面张力,防止储层水锁伤害。该钻井液体系现场试验了10口井,相比非试验井,平均机械钻速提高了19.6%,钻井周期平均缩短了4.8d,取得了较好的应用效果,具有推广价值。By carrying out a large number of indoor tests,the problems in the process of drilling in the horizontal wells of the eastern part of Yanchang oilfield,such as high friction resistance,difficulties of rock carrying,instability of the shaft,reservoir protection and long drilling cycle have been solved.Optimize the existing polymer drilling fluid formulations,we have eventually formed a low damage,low friction polymer drilling fluid system.Optimized drilling fluid system viscosity and shear force have been significantly improved,with a strong ability to carry rock;and the loss consideration of control in less than 5 mL,reducing the liquid infiltration into the formation,friction coefficient control within 0.1,can be effective reduce the friction and torque;while reducing the drilling fluid surface tension and interfacial tension,to prevent reservoir water lock damage.The drilling fluid system tested 10 wells in the field,compared with the non-test wells,the average penetration rate increased by 19.6%,drilling cycle average shortened 4.8 days,and achieved good application effect,with the promotion value.
