摘 要:自19世纪80年代以来,中世纪哲学史研究已有长足进展,但在部分地驱散黑暗迷雾的同时,又不断地引入新的误读、曲解甚至新的迷思。其中,哲学史家本人的思想立场,尤其是他们的现实哲学关怀深刻地影响着他们对中世纪哲学的历史叙述。他们往往不加反思地将自己对哲学的先行理解投射到历史中,忽视中世纪历史语境本身的复杂性和丰富性。因此,批判性地考察文艺复兴以来中世纪哲学史编纂的历史,无疑有助于更加审慎也更加开放地构建我们汉语学界自己的西方中世纪哲学史研究,同时,更有效地进入作为现代人的我们和作为他者的中世纪哲学之间微妙的相互构建关系,真正将中世纪哲学研究建设成富有成效的思想对话。Since the 1980s,historical studies of medieval philosophy have gone ahead by leaps and bounds.However,while the fog has been partially dispersed,new misunderstandings,misinterpretations and even myths are constantly added.Here the intellectual positions of the historians themselves,especially their real-world philosophical concerns,profoundly affect their narratives of the history of medieval philosophy.They often unreflectingly project their prior understanding of philosophy into history,ignoring the complexity and richness of the medieval historical context.Therefore,a critical examination of the historiography of medieval philosophy since the Renaissance will undoubtedly help Chinese academia undertake more cautious and also more open research on the history of medieval philosophy,and at the same time,will help us effectively forge subtle linkages between ourselves,as moderns,and medieval philosophers as the other.This will enable the historiography of medieval philosophy to become a fruitful dialogue of ideas.
