市政中水回用电厂循环水系统药剂开发与应用

摘　　要：随着水资源的日趋紧张,国内外越来越多企业采用各种类型中水回用循环冷却水系统,以达到节水目的。针对邢台国泰发电有限责任公司中水回用水质、换热设备材质以及循环水系统工艺特点,通过阻垢试验、腐蚀试验、杀菌灭藻试验以及动态模拟试验,开发了适合现场中水水质的缓蚀阻垢剂,取得了满意的应用效果,并获得明显的经济效益和社会效益。With the increasing tension of water resources,more and more enterprises at home and abroad adopt various types of reclaimed water recycling cooling water system,in order to achieve the purpose of water-saving. According to the Xingtai power generation limited liability company of Cathay Pacific water reuse water quality,heat exchanger material and circulating water system,process characteristics,through scaling test,corrosion test,germicidal test and dynamic simulation test,developed corrosion inhibitor suitable for field application of reclaimed water quality,obtaining satisfactory result,and obtain obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
