健康信念模式在高血压脑出血行颅内血肿清除手术病人围术期的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨健康信念模式在高血压脑出血行颅内血肿清除手术病人围术期的应用效果。[方法]选取本院收治的80例高血压脑出血行颅内血肿清除手术病人,根据随机数字表将病人分为观察组及对照组各40例,对照组围术期行常规护理干预,观察组病人围术期应用健康信念模式实施干预,比较两组病人预后及生活质量。[结果]观察组病人术后治疗依从率、疾病知晓率、满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05),而并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组病人干预后自我效能及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健康信念模式能有效提高高血压脑出血行颅内血肿清除手术病人自我效能,提高病人治疗依从性,有助于改善病人术后生活质量,促进病人术后康复。Objective:To probe into the application of health belief model for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing intracranial hematoma removal surgery in perioperative period.Methods:A total of 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing intracranial hematoma removal surgery were selected in our hospital,and they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table.The patients in control group received routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period,while the patients in observation group received nursing intervention of healthy belief model.The prognosis and the quality of life of patients were compared between two groups.Results:The follow-up rate,disease awareness rate and satisfaction rate of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),while the incidence of complications was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy and quality of life scores of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The healthy belief model can effectively improve the self-efficacy of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage undergoing intracranial hematoma removal surgery and improve the compliance of patients,and it can improve the quality of life of patients after operation and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
