摘　　要：高校贫困生资助工作正面临着从以资助规模扩张、加大资金投入为主的外延式资助向以资助质量提升、强调资助育人效果为核心的内涵式发展的转变。"全程式多样化"资助育人工作模式强调根据高校贫困生在大学期间不同阶段的心理特点和实际需求,结合国家新资助政策的内容,开展有针对性的资助育人工作,强调资助育人工作的系统性、连续性和多样性,以期达到育人效果的最大化。The financial assistance for needy college students is undergoing the transition from extensive assistance to connotative assistance. On the basis of new national assistance policy,the "All-the-way and Diversified"Assistance and Education System for needy students in colleges attaches great importance to the targeted assistance and education for the needy students according to their different psychological characteristics and actual demands,as well as stresses that the financial support should be systematic,continuous and diverse,so as to maximize the educational effect.
