摘　　要：文章以兴隆庄煤矿3304(下)切眼扩宽施工为例,对综掘扩切眼施工过程中,切眼门口大断面施工方法及门口支护设计、施工工艺等方面做了简要介绍,并对综掘施工条件下通过优化施工方案,减小切眼门口跨度,加强顶板管理和支护安全进行了详细阐述。Taking the 3304 Xinglongzhuang coal mine（lower） cut widening construction as an example, for fully mechanized cutting and expanding the eye in the process of construction, construction method of large section cut door and door supporting design, construction technology and other aspects are briefly introduced. Through the optimization of construction scheme and construction conditions of fully mechanized excavation, reduce the cut of the door span, strengthening roof management and supporting security detail.
