摘 要:利用计算流体力学软件FLUENT15.0,对采用二级分离燃尽风同轴燃烧系统的四角切圆锅炉进行流动、传热和燃烧的数值模拟,得出锅炉炉膛内流场、温度场的分布规律及炉膛出口的温度分布规律。模拟结果表明:炉膛内部气流运动是螺旋式上升运动,炉内燃烧器区域燃烧最激烈、温度最高,炉膛出口有残余旋转,但得到了较大的削弱。得出结论:采用二级分离燃尽风同轴燃烧系统的锅炉具有很好的稳燃效果,能有效防止炉内结渣和高温腐蚀并在降低炉膛出口烟温偏差方面具有独特效果。The Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Fluent software are employed to investigate the flow,heat transfer and combustion process in a tangentially fired boiler with two stage overfire air separation coaxial combustion system for the flow field, the temperature field distribution in the furnace and the temperature distribution of furnace outlet. The simulation results show that the gas flow in the furnace is spiral upward motion, the combustion zone is the most intense, the temperature is the highest, and the furnace exit has a residual rotation, but it has been greatly weakened. The conclusion is that the tangentially fired boiler which has two stage overfire air separation coaxial combustion system has good effect on combustion stability, can effectively prevent slagging and high temperature corrosion and has a unique effect in reducing the deviation of the furnace outlet temperature.
