摘 要:传统供热管网设计规范规定一次热网比摩阻取值一般为30Pa/m^70Pa/m或40Pa/m^80Pa/m。但是,随着我国目前供热技术的不断发展,这一推荐范围不一定完全适用于当前的实际情况。本文研究的内容是在保证供热系统的供热质量的前提下对区域供热系统一次热网进行优化。将热网的寿命周期成本作为目标函数,以最优化理论为基础建立关于经济比摩阻的数学模型,应用技术经济分析的方法得出热网的最优经济比摩阻,将实际运行的热网和优化后的热网的经济总成本进行对比分析,结果表明寿命周期内优化后的热网经济总成本最低。希望研究成果能给今后类似的热网工程设计提供参考。Traditional heating pipe network design specification provided a first -degree heating network specific frictional resistance are generally 30Pa/m?70 pa/m or 40Pa/m? 80 pa/m. However, with the continuous development of heating technology in China, this recommendation may not be fully applicable to the current situation. Theresearch contents ofthis paper is optimizes the regional first -degree heat network under the premise of ensuring the heating quality of the heating system. Taking heat network life cycle cost as objective function, based on optimization theory and set up mathematical model of the economic specific frictional resistance, applying the method of technical economic analysis to obtain the optimal economic specific frictional resistance of the heat network, compared and analyzed the total economic cost of therunning heat network with the total economic cost of the optimized heat network. The results show that the total economiccost of the optimized heat network is the lowest in the life cycle, so as to provide a reference for similar heat network design in the future.
