摘  要:采用生物柴油作为萃取剂对煤化工废水中酚类进行萃取,考察了萃取剂的相比、pH值、萃取温度、萃取时间、振荡强度及萃取级数对萃取效果的影响,并对萃取后的有机相进行了反萃取试验。试验结果表明,在相比为1∶2,pH值为1.80,萃取时间为30 min,振荡强度为150 r/min,萃取温度为30℃的条件下,进行三级萃取,废水中挥发酚的去除率高达97%。The removal efficiency of phenol from coal chemical wastewater using biodiesel as the extractant was studied. The influences of phase ratio, pH value, temperature, time, oscillation intensity and series on extraction effect were investigated, besides, a back extraction test of the organic phase was carried out. The results of the test showed that, under the condition that the oil-water ratio was 1 ∶ 2, the pH value was 1.80, the extraction time was 30 min, the oscillation intensity was 150 r/min, the extraction temperature was 30 ℃, the removal rate of volatile phenol through three-stage extraction reached as high as 97%.
