历史街区保护更新中科技与文化融合的路径与模式

摘　　要：历史街区建设的提升与优化是基于科技与文化融合,以实现城市现代化与传统文化和谐、可持续发展为目标的系统工程。笔者在分析科技与文化融合对于历史街区建设重要作用的基础上,从科技与历史街区文化展示、街区创意体验活动、住宅建设更新利用、生态环境改造以及街区现代管理五个方面探讨了科技与文化融合的现实路径,并借鉴中外历史街区保护更新实践的成功经验,提出了科技型、创意型以及综合开发型三大类文化与科技融合的发展模式。The improvement and optimization of the construction of historic blocks is a systematic project based on the integration of science-technology and culture,aimed at achieving the harmony and sustainable development of urban modernization and traditional culture.Based on the analysis of the important role of science-technology and cultural integration in the construction of historic blocks,this paper discusses the integration's realistic paths between science-technology and cultural from five aspects: science-technology and the cultural display of historic blocks,the creative experience activities of blocks,the renovation and utilization of housing construction,the ecological environment reform and the modern management of blocks integration of the reality of the path,and draw lessons from the successful experience of conservation and regeneration of historic blocks in China and foreign countries,put forward three types of cultural-technological integration of the development modes the such as scientific-technological type,creative type and comprehensive development type.
