摘　　要：本文简述了聚丙烯老化的影响因素和老化机理。研究了不同种类的防老化剂对PP膜光氧及热氧老化性能的影响,同时研究了不同类型聚丙烯的耐老化性能。通过添加多种添加剂大幅提升聚丙烯的耐候性,使其满足光伏背板内粘结层的要求。In this paper, the influence factor and mechanism of aging of polypropylene were introduced. The effects of different kinds of aging inhibitors content on the oxidation properties of PP films were investigated. The aging resistance performance of different types of polypropylene was also studied. The weather resistance of polypropylene was greatly improved by adding a variety of additives in order to meet the requirements of the inner layer of the photovoltaic backsheet.
