陕西省安康市2011-2016年急性弛缓性麻痹病例流行病学分析与AFP监测系统评价

摘　　要：目的了解安康市2011-2016年急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute flaccid paralysis,AFP)病例流行病学特点及AFP监测工作中的薄弱环节,提出维持AFP监测系统高质量运转的建议。方法利用描述流行病学方法对安康市2011-2016年AFP病例监测资料进行分析。结果安康市2011-2016年共报告AFP病例43例,确认病例34例,本地报告19例、外地报告15例。小于15岁以下儿童非脊髓灰质炎AFP病例报告发病率1.3/10万。发病集中在10岁以下儿童,其中0~4岁组18例,占52.94%;5~10岁组16例,占47.06%。男女之别为1.62∶1。结论安康市2011-2016年未发现脊髓灰质炎野病毒引起的病例,各项工作指标均达国家卫生部要求。病例分类以格林巴利综合征(Green Barry syndrome,GBS)为主,监测到7例残留麻痹病例。要继续保持AFP监测信息报告管理系统高效、敏感运转,加强医务人员知识培训,加强免疫规划工作管理,巩固无脊灰成果。Objective To analyze Ankang City in 2011-2016 years of AFP（Acute flaccid paralysis,AFP） cases epidemiological characteristics, analysis the weak link of AFP surveillance, suggest running AFP monitoring system with high quality. Methods Using the description epidemiology method,Ankang City AFP cases monitoring data in 2011-2016 years were analyzed. Results Ankang City in 2011-2016 years,a total of AFP 43 reported cases,identified as AFP 34 example,local report 19 cases,nonlocal report 15 cases. Children under the age of less than 15 cases of polio AFP reported incidence of 1. 3/100 000. No obvious seasonal distribution,the concentrated in children under the age of 10,18 cases of 0 ~ 4 years old,52. 94%; 5 ~ 10 years old in 16 cases,accounting for 47. 06%,men and women don＇t 1. 62 ∶ 1. Conclusion Ankang City in2011-2016 years not found polio due to cases,all work required at the national institutes of health,case classification is given priority to with GBS,detected by a certain amount of residual paralysis. To continue to maintain the AFP monitoring information system efficiently,sensitive operation,increase the knowledge of medical personnel training,strengthen the immune planning management,consolidate the polio-free.
