摘 要:目的对发生在某企业的一起诺如病毒感染性腹泻暴发疫情进行调查。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法,根据病例定义搜索病例并进行回顾性调查,运用描述性流行病学、病例对照研究方法对暴发疫情数据和相关因素进行分析。标本使用荧光定量PCR检测诺如病毒。结果本次疫情累计病例25例,其中厨师1例、员工24例,罹患率为7.14%,平均潜伏期为14.9 h,病例对照研究表明红烧猪肉增加发病风险(OR=9.471,95%CI:1.895~47.321)。采集标本共15份,其中6份粪便标本诺如病毒阳性。结论这是一起由于厨师感染诺如病毒通过食物传染给员工而引起的食源性疾病暴发事件。Objective To perform investigation and analysis on the status of a Norovirus diarrhea outbreak occurring in an enterprise. Methods Field epidemiology method was carried out. Case definition was used to find the cases. To retrospective investigation of cases,using descriptive epidemiology method,case-control study method for outbreak data and related factors were analysed,and fluorescence quantitative PCR was used detect Norovirus. Results This outbreak cases were 25 cases,of which the chefs in 1 case,workers 24 patients,suffering from a rate of 7. 14%,the average incubation period was 14. 9 h,case-control study to braise in soy sauce pork increased risk(OR = 9. 471,95% CI: 1. 895 ~ 47. 321),a total of 15 samples,6 of them such as virus positive stool specimens. Conclusion The epidemic was a diarhea outbreak caused by Norovirus which transmitted from cooks to employees via food.
