北京市平谷区2016年法定传染病疫情监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市平谷区法定传染病流行特点和影响因素,为制定本地区传染病防控措施提供可靠依据。方法采用Excel对数据进行整理统计,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2016年北京市平谷区法定传染病共报告14种,报告发病数3 374例,报告发病率797.64/10万,与2015年相比发病率上升了6.39%。无死亡病例报告。0~5岁组发病最多,占发病总数的53.56%。职业发病位居前5位的分别是散居儿童、托幼儿童、农民、家务待业、学生。以肠道传染病所占比例最大,占发病总数的82.84%,主要以其他感染性腹泻、手足口病、痢疾为主,其次为血源及性传播传染病。结论今后北京市平谷区传染病防治重点应以加强肠道传染病、血源及性传播传染病和呼吸道传染病管理为主,对高发人群和重点人群采用多种形式开展宣传教育。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of notifiable infectious diseases in Huairou district of Beijing,and to provide reliable basis for the prevention and control measures of infectious diseases in the region. Methods Using excel to collate statistics,using descriptive epidemiological method analysis. Results A total of 14 notifiable infectious diseases were reported in 2016,and 3 374 cases were reported. the reported incidence was 797. 64/100 000,the reported incidence increased by 6. 39% compared with 2015. No death case report. The highest age group was the highest,accounting for 53. 56% of the total. The top five ranks of occupational disease were scattered children,kindergarten children,farmers,household workers and students. Intestinal infectious diseases accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for82. 84% of the total. Mainly in other infectious diarrhea,hand foot and mouth disease,dysentery mainly,secondary blood flow and sexually transmitted infectious diseases. Conclusion In the future,the focus of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases should be to continue to strengthen the management of intestinal infectious diseases,blood sources and sexually transmitted infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases,and to promote education in many forms of high incidence and key population.
