摘  要:目的了解0~14岁组儿童麻疹抗体水平状况,评价该人群免疫效果,为消除麻疹提供依据。方法根据监测方案抽取7县区21个镇63个村小于1岁、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~6岁、7~10岁、11~14岁组健康儿童1 568名,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果麻疹抗体阳性率为95.03%;不同年份、不同地区、不同年龄组和不同免疫史的儿童阳性结果差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=22.698、20.426、34.668、26.093,P<0.05),不同性别儿童阳性结果差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1.216,P>0.05)。结论全市麻疹抗体水平较高,继续开展麻疹抗体水平监测,控制麻疹流行。Objective To understand 0 ~ 14 years old healthy children antibody level of measles statusto evaluate the immune effect of the population,and to provide basis for the elimination of measles. Methods According to the monitoring plan,63 villages in 21 towns in 7 counties were selected,including less than 1 years old,2 years old,1 ~ 2,3 ~ 4,5 ~ 6,7 ~ 10,11 ~14 years old in 1 568 children,the measles IgG antibody was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 95. 03%,the children in different year,in different regions. different age groups and different immune history were statistically significant(χ~2= 22. 698,20. 426,34. 668,26. 093,P 〈0. 05),difference gender was no statistically significant(χ~2= 1. 216,P〉 0. 05). Conclusion The level of measles antibody in the whole city is high,and to control the measles epidemic.
