摘　　要：针对海外油气项目经营决策涉及到的各类问题,提出经济评价思路和技术路线流程。对关键参数和不同信息提取及资料分析的方法等经济评价的核心内容进行了剖析,并通过实例展示了该评价思路在海外油气项目退出、回购、扩股、延期等经营决策中的实际应用。核心目标是通过经济评价,以是否符合公司的收益指标为判断条件,确定最终决策方案。In view of the various problems involved in management decision of overseas oil and gas projects,the paper puts forward the economic evaluation thoughts and technical route processes.The core content of the economic evaluation,including the key parameters and different information extraction and data analysis methods are analyzed.Then,the practical application of the evaluation thoughts in the operating decisions of the overseas oil and gas projects such as retreat,repurchase,expansion and postponement is demonstrated by examples.The objective is to determine the final decision-making plan through economic evaluation,by whether the judgment conditions accord with the company＇s financial indicators.
