摘　　要：2017年，金融政策更加注重为加快供给侧结构性改革、引导资金“脱虚入实”、防范金融风险营造良好环境。国务院金融稳定发展委员会成立，表外理财纳入宏观审慎MPA考核，资产管理业务即将纳入统一监管框架。在货币政策和监管政策共同收紧的作用下，去杠杆政策取得了明显成效。In 2017, domestic financial policies placed more emphasis on speeding up supplyside structural reforms, guiding capitals to f low into real economy, guarding against financial risks and creating a favorable financial environment. With the tightening of monetary and regulatory policies, the deleveraging policy has achieved remarkable results. In 2018, while the general direction of monetary policy, macro-prudential policy and regulatory policy are maintained, they should be forward-looking and f lexible enough to guard against over control as a result of the simultaneous launch of the three major financial policies.
