摘  要:捞渣机构是铝电解多功能机组的必备机构,为此研发出用平移抓斗进行捞渣、震渣工作,机构驱动采取液压形式,根据负载敏感泵结构原理和工作原理来论证推算出合理的泵流量与液压缸压力数据,并做了相关调试试验,验证这些措施的合理性和可行性。Slag dragging mechanism is essential for the aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit. For this purpose, a hydraulic-driven translational grab is developed for slag dragging and vibrating. Reasonable pump flow and pressure data of hydraulic cylinder are verified and calculated based on the structure principle and working principle of load-sensitive pump, and relevant commissioning tests are conducted to prove that these measures are reasonable and feasible.
