摘 要:针对高磷鲕状赤铁矿无法高效利用的现状,采用XRD和SEM对高磷鲕状赤铁矿矿物的组成及矿相结构进行研究分析,提出采取气基直接还原工艺来处理此类矿石。系统研究与分析了还原温度、还原时间、还原气氛和还原气量等因素对高磷鲕状赤铁矿直接还原过程中金属化率的影响规律。研究结果表明,在还原温度为1 100℃、还原时间为4 h、还原气体中φ(H_2)∶φ(CO)为1∶1、还原气体流量为2 600 m^3/h的条件下,金属化率可以达到92.10%。According to the present situation of Low utilization rate of high phosphorus oolitic hematite,XRD and SEM were used to analyze the ore composition and phase structure of high phosphorus oolitic hematite,and it was suggested that the gas based direct reduction process should be adopted to deal with such ore according to the analysis results. The effects of reduction temperature,reduction time,reducing atmosphere and reducing gas content on the metallization rate in the direct reduction process of high phosphorus oolitic hematite were systematically studied and analyzed. The results indicate that metallization rate can reach 92.10%,when reduction temperature is 1 100 ℃,the reduction time is 4 h,gas flow is 2 600 m^3/h and the ratio of volume percent of H_2 and CO at reducing atmosphere is φ(H_2)∶φ(CO)= 1∶1.
