摘　　要：[目的/意义]科学数据共享中数据连续性、准确性、可溯性、安全性面临严峻挑战,现有研究缺乏对科学数据共享管理功能模块的原理、实现技术、模块数据交互及模块融合研究。[方法/过程]在梳理科学数据共享、数据监管、数据溯源研究进展基础上,将数据监管、数据溯源融入科学数据共享管理过程,构建出科学数据共享管理模型,系统阐述了数据监管与数据溯源的融合运行机理,概括出保障科学数据共享管理模型有效实施的主体、制度、技术三方面因素体系。[结果/结论]将相对宏观的数据监管过程与相对微观的数据溯源技术融入科学数据共享生态环境,进一步完善了管理与技术相结合的科学数据共享过程。[Purpose/significance] In the process of scientific data sharing,the continuity,accuracy,traceability and safety of data are faced with severe challenges. The existing studies lack the research of scientific data sharing management function module,realization technology,module data interaction and module fusion. [Method/process] On the basis of research progress of scientific data sharing,data curation and data provenance,the paper integrates data curation and data provenance into the scientific data sharing management process to construct the scientific data sharing management model. The operating mechanism of data curation and data provenance integration is systematically described,and the influencing factors of subject,system and technology of the effective implementation of the scientific data sharing governance model are summarized. [Result/conclusion] The macro level of scientific data governance process and the micro level of data provenance technology are integrated into scientific data sharing ecological process,which further improves the scientific data sharing process combining management and technology.
