摘  要:针对高速公路隧道照明的能源过渡浪费问题,设计了一种隧道照明用智能LED控制器。将控制器集成封装在LED灯具内部,通过接收主控制器的调光指令改变LED灯珠平均电流,进而达到智能调光目的。根据该控制器的总体设计方案,制定了通信协议及故障诊断方法,并完成调光控制、可靠通信、故障检测等电路的制作及调试。该文对调光过程中开关电源的效率和功率因数的变化情况进行了系统性实验,并验证了光照强度、电流与占空比的关系。实验结果表明:该智能控制器无功损耗低、多灯具并联对电网无不良影响、系统工作稳定可靠,可用于隧道照明系统的智能化控制。In order to solve the problem of energy waste transition of highway tunnel lighting, an intelligent LED controller for tunneling designed. The controller integrated and packaged in the LED lights. By receiving the main controller dimming instructions to change the LED lamp beads average current, and to achieve the purpose of intelligent dimming. According to the entire design of the controller, developing a communication protocol and fault diagnosis methods, and completing the dimming control, reliable communication, fault detection and other circuit production and debugging. The efficiency of switching power supply and the change of power factor in the dimming process are systematically experimented, and the relationship between light intensity, current and duty cycle is verified. The experimental results show that the intelligent controller has low reactive power loss and many lamps have no adverse effect on the grid. The system is stable and reliable, and can be used for intelligent control of tunnel lighting system.
