摘 要:介绍了一种超超临界锅炉用奥氏体耐热钢HR3C的析出相特征、组织演变、力学性能和抗氧化/腐蚀性能。该合金利用Z相(Nb Cr N相)和富Nb的碳、氮化物(MX相)及M(23)C6来进行强化,具有优异的力学性能。在长期服役过程和热暴露条件下,该合金析出的M(23)C6,以及少量有害相如σ相、G相等析出降低了力学性能。该合金具有优良的抗氧化和耐腐蚀性,其抗氧化性能优于Super304H和TP347HFG合金,抗烟气腐蚀能力优于TP347HFG。最后展望了该合金的优化和发展方向。The precipitated phase characteristic, microstructural evolution, mechanical properties and oxidation/corrosion resistance of austenitic heat-resistance steel HR3 C used for ultra-supercritical boiler were introduced. The alloy is strengthened by Z-phase(Nb Cr N), MX phase with carbon and nitrogen and M(23)C6, which has excellent mechanical properties. The precipitation of M(23)C6 phase and a few harmful phases(such as σ-phase and G-phase) from the HR3 C alloy during the long term service and heat exposure are harmful to the mechanical properties. The alloy presents excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The oxidation resistance of the alloy is better than that of Super304 H and TP347 HFG alloys, and the flue gas corrosion resistance is better than that of TP347 HFG alloy. At last, the optimization and development direction of the alloys are anticipated.
