摘  要:铝基复合材料因其比强度和比刚度高、耐磨性好、热膨胀系数低、质量轻等优点,已被广泛应用于航空航天、军事、汽车、体育和电子产品等领域。本文讨论了一种廉价硼酸镁晶须增强铝基复合材料的研究概况并提出其在今后的研究方向。近年来,科研人员主要从制备工艺、晶须表面改性以及热处理等方面对提高硼酸镁晶须增强铝基复合材料的综合性能进行了研究并取得了一定成果,硼酸镁晶须增强铝基复合材料未来会有广阔的应用前景。Aluminum matrix composites have been widely used in aerospace, military, automobile, sports and electronic products because of their high specific strength and specific stiffness, good wear resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient,light weight and so on. The research progress of an inexpensive magnesium borate whisker reinforced aluminum matrix composite was discussed and its future research direction was proposed. In recent years, the researches on improving the comprehensive properties of magnesium borate whisker reinforced aluminum matrix composites from the aspects of preparation process, whisker surface modification and heat treatment were carried out, and certain results were obtained. The magnesium borate whisker reinforced aluminum matrix composites will have a broad application prospect in the future.
