摘  要:调质40Cr的摩擦磨损性能不满足实际需求。采用中温C、N共渗与电子束复合工艺对40Cr材料进行表面改性处理,并对处理后试样的截面形貌及组织、截面硬度和摩擦磨损性能进行分析。结果表明,调质40Cr材料经中温C、N共渗处理后,获得铁素体+层片状珠光体组织结构。淬火作用使组织发生马氏体相变从而提高材料的截面硬度,电子束处理对试样硬度具有一定的影响,并可影响C、N共渗后材料的摩擦磨损性。The friction and wear properties of 40 Cr material after QT treatment cannot meet the actual demand. The moderated temperature nitro-carburizing and electronic beam compound processing was carried out to modify the surface of the material. The cross-section morphology and microstructure, cross-section microhardness, friction and wear properties of the material after treatment were analyzed. The results show that ferrite and lamellar pearlite structure of the material after moderated temperature nitro-carburizing can be gotten. The section hardness increases because of martensitic transformation by quenching processing. The hardness of the samples can be influenced by electron beam processing, which can also influence the friction and wear properties of the material after nitro-carburizing process.
