摘　　要：目的探讨脾硬化性血管瘤样结节性转化（SANT）的CT、MRI表现。方法搜集经手术病理证实的脾SANT患者7例,回顾性分析其CT、MRI表现。结果 7例均为单发类圆形肿块。6例行MRI检查,主要表现为T_2WI及DWI呈不均匀等低信号;动态增强扫描呈渐进性、向心性、结节性强化,其中轮辐状强化6例,假包膜及星芒征各5例,出血及钙化各1例,延迟期呈等或高信号。本组3例CT检查,平扫呈类圆形低密度影,增强扫描结节性、向心性强化,3例显示轮辐征,星芒征、假包膜征及出血征象各1例,无囊变及坏死病例。结论脾SANT在CT和MRI上具有特征性影像学表现。Objective To investigate the CT and MRI characteristics of Sclerosing angiomatoid nodulartransformation of the spleen（ SANT）. Methods Seven cases of pathologically confirmed SANT were included and their radiological features of CT and MR imaging were compared in the retrospective study. Results All the seven lesions were solitary oval masses. Six patients underwent MR examinations,showing uneven hypointensity on both T2WI and DWI. On dynamic contrast enhancement scan,all lesions showed progressively centric and nodular enhancement,among which 6（ 100%） cases enhanced with ＇wheels ＇ pattern,5（ 85. 7%） cases had pseudocapsules and showed ＇asterisk ＇signs and 2（ 16. 6%） cases showed hemorrhage and calcification respectively. Three patients underwent CT scans. Lesions were oval and hypodense on plain scan and showed centripetal nodular enhancement after contrast injection. All three cases demonstrated ＇wheels＇ signs（ ＋/-）. ＇Asterisk＇sign,pseudocapsule and hemorrhage were found respectively. No necrosis and cystic degeneration were found in this group. Conclusion There are characteristic imaging findings of SANT on CT and MRI in correlation.
