某院9月龄婴儿智能发育筛查结果的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨我院9月龄婴儿智能发育筛查结果的。方法选取本院2015年1月—2017年1月门诊及住院收治的9月龄婴儿1 342例,采用丹佛发育筛查测验,对婴儿进行智能发育测验。结果对本院9月龄婴儿1 342例进行智力筛查发现,足月儿的智能发育异常的比例4.84%要低于早产儿比例10.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别对婴儿智能发育情况男性比例6.41%,女性比例6.25%,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);地区差异对婴儿智能发育的影响,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);母亲学历在大专及以上对婴儿智能发育异常的比例4.12%要小于母亲学历在大专以下的比例11.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿易发生发育迟缓,同时母亲的受教育程度对婴儿的智能发育有着一定影响,应当加强母亲的孕期保健,减少早产儿的出生,同时母亲应当提高自身受教育水平,对婴儿的智能发育有着良性的影响。Objective To analyze the results of intelligence development screening of 9-month-old infants in our hospital.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 1 342 infants aged 9 months who were admitted to our hospital were selected to perform intelligence development test by using Denver developmental screening test. Results The intelligence screening of 1 342 infants aged 9 months in our hospital showed that the proportion of abnormal intellectual development of full-term infants was 4.84% lower than that of preterm infants 10.24%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The ratio of sex to infant intelligence development was 6.41% for male and 6.25% for female, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the influence of regional difference on infant intelligence development （P 〉 0.05）. The ratio of mother＇s education to the abnormal development of infant intelligence at junior college and above was 4.12% less than that of mother＇s education below the junior college of 11.65%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Premature infants arc prone to stunted growth, and the mother＇s education level has a certain impact on the intellectual development of the infant. It is necessary to strengthen the mother＇s health care during pregnancy and reduce the number of premature infants. At the same time, the mother should improve her education level, which has a positive effect on the intelligence development of the baby.
