护理学本科生实习初期压力情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解护理本科生在实习初期出现的心理压力情况,分析压力形成的原因,探讨减轻压力的对策。促进护生的临床实习效果和身心的健康成长。方法采用问卷量表对本院实习的282名实习护生进行问卷调查并分析。结果护生实习压力总分(58.25±14.52),每项目平均分1.58,实习压力6个维度得分从高到低依次是工作性质、工作冲突、人际关系、工作负荷、人际关系、实习准备。不同就读原因的护生在人际关系和学习与工作冲突2个维度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同带教情况的护生实习压力6个维度方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理本科实习生在临床实习初期承受着来自环境、工作、学习、患者等多方面的压力,护生要端正心态,加强心理健康教育及技能操作培训,护理教育者及管理者应维护护生的心身健康,采取有效措施减轻护生的实习压力,使其尽快完成角色的转换,迎接即将来临的实习工作。Objective To understand the psychological stress of nursing undergraduate interns in the early stage of practice, to discuss the causes of stress formation, and to discuss the corresponding nursing countermeasures. To promote, the clinical practice of nursing students and the healthy growth of body and mind. Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate 282 nursing students. Results The total stress score of nursing students was （58.25±14.52）, an average of 1.58 per project. The six dimensions of intern stress score from high to low were job quality, job conflict,interpersonal relationship, workload, interpersonal relationship, and internship preparation. There were significant differences between the two dimensions of interpersonal relationship and learning and work conflict among nursing students with different attribution of study （P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences in six dimensions of nursing students＇ practice stress among different teaching conditions （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing undergraduate interns are under pressure from the environment, work, study and patients in the early stages of clinical practice. Nursing students should take positive attitude, strengthen mental health education and skill training, care educators and nursing managers should maintain the physical and mental health of nursing students, take effective measures to reduce the nursing students＇ practical pressure, to help nursing students to complete the role chan^e as soon as oossible to meet the uocoming laractice.
