联合彩超经乳晕乳房肿块微创切除术临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨联合彩超经乳晕乳房肿块微创切除术的临床效果。方法研究对象共有207例,均是本院2016年1月—2017年11月所接收的乳房存在肿块的患者。均接受了彩超检查,在手术过程中则是采用了彩超对患者的情况进行监控,所有患者均经乳晕乳房肿块微创切除术进行治疗。结果 207例患者经术前彩超检查诊断,69例患者在初诊时被初步诊断为乳腺癌,其余患有乳腺纤维腺瘤的患者共有98例,患有乳腺结节性囊性变的患者共有22例,患有脂肪瘤的患者共有7例,患有男性乳房肥大的患者共有6例。而后经手术治疗以及术中冰冻病理诊断来看,最终确诊为乳腺癌的患者共有57例。结论联合彩超经乳晕乳房肿块微创切除术有效的结合了当前的彩超技术,避免患者在手术过程中所承受到的伤害,可以最大程度的保持患者对自身乳房的美观要求。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive resection of breast lumps in the areola of color Doppler ultrasound. Methods A total of 207 patients were enrolled in the hospital from January 2016 to November 2017. All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound. During the operation, color Doppler ultrasound was used to monitor the patients＇ condition. All patients were treated by minimally invasive resection of areola breast tumor. Results In this study selected 207 cases of patients, the preoperative examination of ultrasound diagnosis, 69 patients at diagnosis was initially diagnosed as suffering from breast cancer, the breast fibroadenoma of patients with a total of 98 cases with breast nodular cystic degeneration in patients with a total of 22 cases, with lipoma patients there are 7 cases, with male breast hypertrophy in patients with a total of 6 cases. After surgery and the pathological diagnosis of intraoperative freezing, 57 patients were diagnosed with breast cancer. Conclusion Combined color Doppler ultrasound through minimally invasive resection of areola breast mass is effective combined with the current color Doppler ultrasound technology to avoid injury during operation, and to maintain maximum patient＇s aesthetic l＂equirements for their own breast.
