摘 要:目的探讨晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)在乳腺癌中的表达,及其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测AGEs在160例乳腺癌患者中的表达,进一步分析其与乳腺癌病理类型、原发肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、临床分期及激素受体ER、PR等之间的关系。结果 AGEs在乳腺癌中的表达水平明显高于乳腺良性疾病组[(124.84±74.86)μg/ml vs.(102.11±42.83)μg/ml(P=0.039)]及健康对照组[(124.84±74.86)μg/ml vs.(97.85±37.87)μg/ml(P=0.020)];AGEs的表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移分级、临床分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 AGEs在乳腺癌发生及转移中起作用,有可能成为乳腺癌治疗的靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) in breast cancer and its relationship with the clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of AGEs in 160 cases of breast cancerwas detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Furtherly, the relationship between AGEs and breast cancer pathological types, primary tumor size, lymph node Metastasis, clinical stage and hormone receptor ER, PR and so on were analysised. Results The expression of AGEs in breast cancer was significantly higher than benign breast diseases group [(124.84 ± 74.86) μg / ml vs. (102.11 ± 42.83) μg / ml) (P = 0.039) ] and healthy controls group [ (124.84 ± 74.86) μg / ml vs. (97.85 ± 37.87)μg / ml (P = 0.020)]. The expression of AGEs was closely related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of breast cancer (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion AGEs play a role in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of breast cancer, it could be used as a target for the treatment of breast cancer.
