中医护理干预在减轻泌尿系结石体外冲击波碎石患者疼痛症状的观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医护理在泌尿系结石体外冲击波碎石患者的干预效果。方法从本院2016年1—12月收治的泌尿系结石体外冲击波碎石患者中选取60例,随机分为对照组与干预组,各30例。对照组给予常规西医护理予疼痛护理、合理运动、饮食护理,干预组在此基础上实施中医护理予中药排石汤、耳穴压豆、穴位注射、饮食指导、情志护理,对比护理效果。结果护理1个月后对比视觉模拟评分法,干预组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对比并发症发生率,干预组为10.0%,对照组为23.3%(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿系结石患者实施中医护理干预效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in urinary calculi patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods 60 cases of urinary calculi were selected from January to June 2016 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, each with 30 cases. The control group was given routine western medicine nursing, and the intervention group carried out traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of this. Results After 1 months of nursing, compared with the long sea pain scale score, the intervention group was obviously better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications was compared to 10.0% in the intervention group and 23.3% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on urinary calculi patients is remarkable.
