NICU新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎应用优质护理管理的预防效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析利用优质护理管理预防新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法选择符合条件的患儿134例,根据患儿病历号分为优质组和对比组,各67例,优质组患儿在传统条件下加用优质护理管理,对比组则利用传统护理管理,观察两组患儿在不同护理管理条件下的呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率,并分析优质护理管理对呼吸机相关性肺炎的预防作用。结果护理后优质组护理满意度为97.01%,对比组为85.07%,优质组呼吸机相关肺炎发生率为7.46%,对比组发生率为17.91%,两组患儿住院情况均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员在优质护理管理条件下,能够改善护理工作质量,提高护理质量的同时,改善患者家属对护理工作的满意程度,减少由于护患关系紧张产生的工作压力。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing management on the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in newborns. Methods 134 cases of eligible children were selected and divided into high quality group and contrast group according to the number of children＇s medical records, 67 cases in each group. The children of high quality group were treated with high quality nursing management under the traditional conditions. In the contrast group, traditional nursing management was used. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in two groups of children under different nursing management conditions was observed. The preventive effect of high quality nursing management on ventilator- associated pneumonia was analyzed. Results After nursing, the satisfaction rate of the high quality group was 97.01%, the contrast group was 85.07%, the incidence rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the high quality group was 7.46%, the incidence in the contrast group was 17.91%, the difference between the two groups of nurses and the hospitalization status was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Under the condition of high quality nursing management, nursing staff can improve the quality of nursing work, improve the quality of nursing, and improve the satisfaction degree of family members to nursing work, and reduce the working pressure caused by the tension between nurses and patients.
