摘 要:顶管施工引起的地层移动和地表沉降是顶管设计和施工中备受关注的问题,本文以石井污水处理系统管网工程一石井河上游截污渠箱工程为例,采用有限元方法,对顶管隧道近距离侧穿高架桥桩的桩体侧移、地表沉降进行了数值分析研究,并采用曲线拟合方法反算桩体弯矩。结合理论计算及实测数据,对数值计算结果进行对比,结果表明采用的数值计算模型和参数取值是可行的,可用于预测后续顶管隧道施工引起临近桩体侧移、桩体受力和地表沉降结果。The stratum movement and ground settlement induce by pipe-jacking are main concerns during pipe jacking design and construction.To investigate this issue,a sewage interceptor canal box project of Shijing River sewage treatment system—in the upper reaches of the Shijing River was presented as an example in this paper.The finite element method was used to study the existing viaduct pile lateral displacement and ground settlement induced by the pipe-jacking construction.And the curve fitting method was used to calculate the pile bending moment.The results from the numerical analysis and theoretical calculation were compared to the field measurement.The results demonstrated that the numerical calculation model and the parameter settings are feasible.The method can be used to predict the effects of the shield pipe-jacking on nearby piles.
