国内外在埋地排水用波纹钢管设计中计算方法的比较与分析

摘　　要：波纹钢管在美国、加拿大、韩国广泛应用于雨水、污水排水工程,具有口径大、环刚度高、耐腐蚀、节省原材料等突出优势。目前,波纹钢管在我国主要应用在公路管涵洞方面,而在排水管道应用方面则刚刚起步,尽管颁布了行业标准《排水用螺纹钢管》(CJ/T 431-2013),但尚无设计标准和规范可依,不利于波纹钢管管道结构的推广应用。本文参照了国外常用的加拿大CHBDC、美国AASHTO及AISI三种设计方法和国内目前仅有的山西省《公路钢波纹管涵设计指南》(DB14/T 1022-2014)、中交第一公路勘察设计研究院有限公司编制的《公路钢波纹管涵洞设计规程》(征求意见稿)。通过对比国内外的规范、规程表明:国内的两个规程对波纹钢管管道的设计(仅适用于Q235钢材)均有不同程度的局限性。本文对不同管径、不同埋深、不同钢材型号、不同波形的波纹钢管进行了结构计算和分析,为编制《埋地排水用螺纹钢管管道工程术规程》提供了理论依据。Corrugated steel pipe is widely used for stormwater and sewer drainage in the United States,Canada and South Korea.It features with large diameter,high rigidity,excellent corrosion resistance,material savings and other advantages.At present,corrugated steel pipe in China is mainly used in highway culvert,and its application in the drainage pipe just started.Despite the promulgation of the product standard ＂helical corrugated steel pipe for drains＂ CJ/T 431-2013,there is no design standards and specifications which is not beneficial to its promotion and application.In this paper,three commonly used foreign standards including Canada CHBDC,the United States AASHTO,AISI and two domestic standards including ＂Highway Steel Corrugated Pipe Culvert Design Guide＂（DB14/T 1022-2014） published by Shanxi province,＂Cross Road of Corrugated Steel Pipe Culvert Design（draft） ＂ published by the first highway survey and Design Institute Co.,are studied and compared.Design calculations have been performed for corrugated steel pipes of different diameters,buried depths,steel types and pipe types.The results demonstrated that the two domestic codes have some limitations on the design of corrugated steel pipe（for Q235 steel only）.This study provides theoretical basis for compiling the standard ＂technical specification for helical corrugated steel pipe for buried sewer＂.
