摘 要:大直径直埋热力管道由于挖沟不平等因素影响,在上覆荷载作用下存在管道定位偏差。高温运行过程中管道局部稳定性是重要的考量因素。应用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立三维管土相互作用的有限元模型,模拟分析存在定位偏差的管道在高温运行中发生的局部失稳变形过程。对不同地面荷载、管道壁厚等影响因素进行参数化分析,得出了不同因素影响下管道局部屈曲临界温差和屈曲变形规律。结论表明管道局部屈曲临界温差随地面荷载增大而减小,当管径一定时,随管道壁厚的增大而增大。Due to the impact of uneven excavation,large diameter underground heating pipeline has positioning deviation under overburden loads.In high-temperature operation process,the local stability of pipeline is an important consideration factor.By using the finite element software ABAQUS,a three-dimensional model considering soil-pipe interaction was established to simulate and analyze the local instability deformation process of pipeline with positioning deviation at high-temperature operation.Parametric analysis of different influencing factors including overburden loads and pipe wall thickness were made.And the critical buckling temperature difference and buckling deformation law under different factors were obtained.The result showed that the critical temperature difference of local buckling of the pipe decreases with the increase of the ground load.When the pipe diameter is constant,it decreases with the increase of the pipe wall thickness.
