河南省在校大学生饮酒行为现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解河南省在校大学生饮酒行为的现状,为制定健康教育措施和进行干预性研究提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样,抽取河南省4所不同类型大学的2 689名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生尝试饮酒率为82.7%,现在饮酒率为42.2%,重度饮酒率为20.8%,醉酒率为24.2%。13岁前开始饮酒率为24.4。男生高于女生(P<0.05),城市高于农村(P<0.05),饮酒率随着人均月收入的升高而升高(P<0.05)。结论河南省在校大学生饮酒率较高,应采取综合干预措施,促使大学生建立健康的生活方式。Objective To study the prevalence of drinking behavior among college students in Henan Province, in order to provide the evidence for establishing the health education measures and conducting intervention studies. Methods A total of 2 689 students from 4 universities in Henan Province were selected by the stratified cluster sampling method and investigated with questionnaires. Results The prevalence rate of trying alcohol drinking was 82.7%, current alcohol drink- ing rate was 42.2%, heavy drinking rate was 20.8%, and drunkenness rate was 24.2%. The rates above-men-tioned of the boys were higher than those of the girls （P〈0.05）, and the rates in the urban area were higher than those in the rural area （P〈0.05）. The drinking rate increased with the average person earn rising （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prevalence of drink- ing behavior among college students in Henan Province is higher. Therefore, the effective comprehensive interven-tion mea- sures should be taken so as to build a healthy life style for the college students.
