摘　　要：3D打印技术历经30多年发展,目前已广泛应用于众多医学学科的研究和实践中。由于3D打印技术具有很强的三维直观性,且具有快速、精准、个性化的特点,近年来在骨科领域发展最为迅速。3D打印技术在小儿骨科领域的应用主要包括制作实物模型、制作手术导板、制作个性化内置物及假体以及骨组织工程等。本文综述了3D打印技术在小儿骨科各个亚方向的应用价值。After more than 30 years of development, the 3D printing technique has been widely used in many medical disci- plines in research and practice. This technique with a strong capacity of three-dimensional visualization, and has the character- istics of rapid prototyping, accurate reflection, personalized design, develops most quickly in recent years in the field of ortho- paedics. Application of 3D printing technique in pediatric orthopaedics mainly include building physical models, making surgi- cal guiders, producing individualized implants, prostheses and engineering artificial hones. In this review, various subjects of us- ing 3D printing technique in pediatric orthopaedics are introduced.
