瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病患者高血脂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病患者高脂血症的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年05月至2015年10月收治的165例血脂异常的冠心病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组91例和对照组74例,观察组接受瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对照组接受阿托伐他汀治疗,两组均治疗12个月,比较两组疗效及不良反应,数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别为(3.50±0.63)、(2.15±0.38)mmol·L^(-1),对照组分别为(4.16±0.82)、(2.67±0.49)mmol·L^(-1),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶分别为(26.6±12.5)、(23.3±11.3)U·L^(-1),对照组分别为(33.2±13.8)、(30.7±11.8)U·L^(-1),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病高脂血症患者应用瑞舒伐他汀调脂的疗效及安全性优于阿托伐他汀。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of treating hyperlipidemia with rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred and sixty-five patients（n=165）with hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease were selected between May 2015 to October2015,who were randomly divided into observation group（n =91）and control group（n =74）.The observation group was given rosuvastain treatment,while the control group was treated with atorvastatin.After 12 months,the difference of curative effect and adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Statistical analysis was performed on the data,and P〈0.05 was regarded as statistically significant.Results The difference in the level of TC（3.50±0.63）vs（4.16±0.82）mmol·L^-1 was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）,the same was true of LDL-C（2.15±0.38）vs（2.67±0.49）mmol·L^-1.There was statistically significant difference in the levels of ALT（26.6±12.5）vs（33.2±13.8）U·L^-1 and AST（23.3±11.3）vs（30.7±11.8）U·L^-1 between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of rosuvastatin in patients with hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease are superior to those of atorvastatin.
